Wednesday evening, June 29 After stopping at Perfect Image Camera to pick up my new Nikon D7200, Cerwin went to Home Depot for chapel construction supplies. I stayed in the car to play with my new “toy”, and after doing a few initial settings, I took my first picture: the sign right in front of me. […]

Saturday, June 25 I am going to post a few pictures here, but most of them will be on my Facebook page. My camera was working okay during the first hour, then I noticed strange lines and red markings on the pictures. I was disappointed that the sensor chose this day to go bad. Consequently […]

Saturday, June 18 I met this rabbit shortly after 6:30 AM when I was walking across Macungie Park to get our morning coffee and breakfast sandwich. It wasn’t interested in going with me as it preferred the grass over coffee. I love seeing new (or old) things on an early morning walk. About mid-morning Denis […]
Friday, June 17 We weren’t there very long before people began visiting the chapel – some came in alone, others with family or friends. While the men – Cerwin and Chaplain Steve – manned the chapel, I went for a walk to see what was happening in the vendor area of the park. It seems there […]
I think this is the first time a wren raised babies in the bird house on our patio. I think this Common Grackle got in someone’s bleach. 🙂 I never tire of seeing unusual or common birds at our feeders, on the ground, or in their nests.
I need an easy post this afternoon since we are busy preparing for tomorrow’s Truck Rally – so I chose these pictures. 🙂 The other day Cerwin noticed something yellow in one of our trees and showed it to me. I wonder who was last holding this balloon. Was there an unhappy child when it flew away […]

I was expecting a box of “goodies” from them, http://www.chromeshopmafia.com/truck-shows/ because they offered to give us goody bags for the first 125 drivers who register at the Truck Rally, but a […]
