We had a great time with Jere and Kristen at Texas Roadhouse, Ephrata, for their 2026 birthday meal. I say this almost every time, but I love having time one on one (or two on two) time with our children.

We usually go to this restaurant between 3:30 and 4:00 pm, so were surprised that the restaurant was full when we arrived at 5:30. There was no wait time, but by the time we left, there so many people waiting for a seat that I think it could have refilled the entire restaurant another time. The seating area on the outside was even full. I guess that is a sign of a good restaurant.
