We went to one of our mutual favorite steakhouses – Texas Roadhouse in Ephrata

We enjoy their warm dinner rolls with cinnamon butter.

I enjoy their fruity mocktails. This time I chose Sparkling Berry Bliss – a combination of blackberry and cranberry juice, club soda, and cucumber syrup. For decoration, they add a few blackberries.

We find their house salad to be crisp and delicious.

We both usually choose a 6 oz. filet mignon. Cerwin geta a baked sweet potato and I get seasoned rice.

We each brought at least half of our meals home and had steak and the fixings later in the week.
