I don’t usually comment on my morning Bible verse selection. However, today, September 3, as I make this entry, we are in a motel on the marine base at Parris Island, SC, for the graduation of our grandson, Jesse (right) from boot camp. Which means he is now a Marine!

In the above photo, his brother Ian (left) was helping him roller skate during a birthday date or cousin’s week many years ago. Now Ian is married and with us on this trip to celebrate Jesse’s graduation.
