During the past few weeks we have noticed a new crop in our little valley – acres of sunflowers.

We drive by them every time we drive south or southwest.

Yesterday we took time to stop and get photos.

I expect they will be harvested for birdseed. I am interested in seeing how they will be harvested.

They make the landscape so pretty.
