~~~ Friday, September 26 & Saturday 27 Lebanon Expo Center, Lebanon, PA ~~~ I was able to attend this event on Friday and get a few pictures. (We had other plans for Saturday.) I started in the produce section. After leaving the produce section, I checked out the baked goods and never thought about taking […]
Our woodlot has been the designated burial spot for our friend Inge’s cats when it comes their time to be at rest. The latest one was Sir Greystone. This is one of the last pictures Inge has of him. Yesterday, after having Sir Greystone put to sleep, she brought his container to where Cerwin had […]
~~~ Sunday Evening, September 21 Catalyst Christian School (formerly LAMS) ~~~ I only took a few pictures this year. The three food tables were organized by the committee – which was a Sunday school class. Every family brought food. There were two tables of hot food and salads and one table of drinks and desserts. ~~~ Something to Ponder ~~~
As of today, our road is still hidden by cornfields – at least as we look at it from our kitchen windows. We can no longer see most vehicles – only those that are taller than cars, pickup trucks, and motorcycles. I love this view.
The other morning as I was trying to take in the beautiful morning, I noticed how distinctly our basil and Gerbera daisy were facing the Sun. As I took in the beauty, I thought, “That is what God wants from me… …my full-faced attention”.
It looked especially pretty in the morning sunrise a few days ago.

It won’t be long before this nut hits the ground.
I am pleased that our Gerbera Daisy survived the summer and is currently showing off three beautiful blooms. If I remember correctly, the daisy was a hostess gift to us for hosting a Sunday lunch earlier this year.
The other day on my walk, I came upon a cute little patch of clover that was blooming. As I looked at the clover, I thought, “Clover and bees go together. There must be some bees nearby.” Sure enough, there was a bee. I love the taste of clover honey. I smiled when I saw […]
