This was our every-other-month meal together

A good place for the six of us to meet. For the locals, this used to be Country Table.

Pat, Elvin, Velda, Mel, Cerwin, Me. We treasure these times together and had an extra good time of visiting.

It was so large that I took 2/3 of it home where I separated the meat from the salad and put the shell in the oven to freshen it up for two more meals.

I put everything in separate (covered) glass containers which kept it fresh. There was enough salsa and sour cream for the extra meals. Oh, yum!
