I enjoy the quietness of winter, but when the weather gets warmer and there are other signs of springtime, I am ready for new growth and working in our flowerbeds.

There are a few Eastern Bluebirds here during the winter, but we begin seeing more as springtime approaches.

Red-winged Black Birds are coming back from the southern states.

We saw our first crocus on March 11.

Thank you, God, for springtime and new growth – in the outside world and in our souls.
