When I noticed the orange sky, I looked out the window and saw that the sun was just about to go behind the horizon. I almost missed it.
As I turned around to walk toward the house I noticed the almost full moon (waxing gibbous) coming up in the east.
I cannot get too much of the sun, moon and sky these days.
You’re fortunate to see them — they’ve been obliterated by clouds here recently. Did you get a lot of snow overnight last night?
We had a lot of sunshine today, but the clouds have rolled in tonight.
