Fog

Friday Morning, September 25

Morning fog is pretty when you can stay home and don’t have to drive in it.

The early morning light gave it a purple hue.

I heard a few crows warning each other that there was an “enemy” in the yard. I looked up and noticed they were back in the woods on a dead tree.

I could see just a slight outline of the trees along the borderline between the two farms to my southeast.

It was getting a bit lighter, so the fog was now a gray-blue.

I could barely see the farm buildings. It appears that there is a light on at the end of one building.

As I look to the southwest I can only see powerlines.

When I look up, I see that the sun will soon clear away the fog.

I am grateful for each new day – and that we have a great variety of weather and temperatures here in Pennsylvania.
