I was weeding a few flower beds when this was happening across the road.

I must be a farm girl at heart, because I never tire of watching this or smelling the harvested grass.

Winter grass (often rye) is planted in the fall. It is a good way to keep a healthy soil.

It was a beautiful day for baling the rye which will be used in feeding the cattle.

Love to see bales in the field.

It didn’t take long for the other equipment to arrive in the field – to pick up the bales and transport them to the farm.

Yes, I must agree that farm activities will always be in my heart.
