Some of the pretty decorations on their table.

Visiting while waiting for lunch.

Ian taking a picture of his ham – a Christmas gift from C. M. High where he works.

Jere and Kristen preparing to put food on the table.

It looks like Deb took this picture with my camera: Me, Cerwin, Jesse, (Jere and Kristen in the back), Jana, Josh, Jared and Ian.

Josh, Jared, Ian, Roy and Barb (Roy’s mom). I think she was toasting Deb with her sparkling grape juice.

The meal. Everything was delicious, but I am partial to ham made in the smoker and the amazing gravy made with that smoked taste.

Each of Jere and Kristen’s children and a son-in-law in one room. Every dad and mom love when that happens after children are grown and have moved out of the house. Jana, Josh, Jesse, Ian, Austin and Jared.

We missed Emily (Josh’s friend) and her daughter, Tucker. Emily was working in the ER/trauma unit of the hospital and Tucker was spending two weeks with her grandparents in northern Pennsylvania. Emily face timed us during a break. I wish I thought of taking a picture of her on the cell phone. It was fun interacting with her.

Opening gifts. Their family exchange names.

Kristen and Jere opening gifts while Barb looks on.

Torching creme brûlée for dessert.

We relaxed, visited and enjoyed coffee and cookies with this homemade, amazing creme brûlée.
