Notes from Our Church’s Revival Services

Sunday, March 31 – Sunday, April 7

Theme verse – Jude 21

Theme song: Tell Me the Story of Jesus

Evangelist Larry Miller – Pleasant Hill Congregation – York, PA

These are just a few notes from the series of services – along with one Sunday school lesson. We missed the first Sunday school lesson and several services due to our busy schedule that week.

By Larry Miller

Grace is unmerited favor with God.

When you have full fellowship with God – you have no feelings of guilt.

Who is your master?

When you walk in full fellowship with God, sin will not be your master.

A life of holiness makes men and women useful in the church.

Be serious – be specific when asking God for forgiveness.

Repentance is making a change – a 180 degree turn.

God is love – love is the character of God, but there are also things God hates. He hates sin and evil deeds – things that hinder people from coming to God.

If Jesus says He will come again – He WILL come again. John 14

While we wait, our responsibility is: wait, watch, work and warn others.

Jesus will come back on an ordinary day.

Called to Mission

Can people see that we are men and women on a mission?

God uses people who are willing to go – ordinary, imperfect, men and women who are sold out to Jesus.

Be a living channel for God.

If you are not availing yourself to the power of God, you are wasting God’s power.

Do the people around us know that we are attached to “The Vine”?

Are you a “salty” Christian – making people thirsty for the God you serve?
