Before getting our lunch at the buffet, Orpha (right) asked Uncle Luke (white shirt) to give us an update on his and Willamae life. Luke is the youngest and only living sibling of our eight Sauder parents.

They live at Fairmount Homes near Ephrata in a double room where she receives a bit more nursing care than he does.

He told us how God worked out the details when it became necessary for them to move from their cottage at Fairmount to a double room within the facility – due to Willa Mae’s health.

He then led us in prayer before the meal.

We certainly enjoy being able to use this room near the West Entrance of Landis Homes. This is possible because three of our cousins live within the facility. It is quiet and we are allowed to visit as long as we wish.
