Manheim Central Class of 1961
The Gathering Place, Mount Joy, PA

It was delightful to see classmates from 65 years ago. Most are between 82 and 84 years of age, so almost as many are deceased as are living. Some live in other states and were unable to attend and others are in poor health. It appears there were close to 30 schoolmates in attendance, most with spouses equaling an attendance of about 50.

There were a few people who haven’t come to reunions, and I don’t remember seeing them since graduation. We wore name and photo badges from our senior year so we could recognize each other.

The Gathering Place served a delicious meal.

Following lunch we visited for a few hours. We had the room from noon until 4 pm.
Thanks to Dolly and Yonnie for making this happen.
