I love when it works out that I can take Nancy out on the exact date of her birthday.

She is 10 1/2 years younger than me, so after her birthday we are 11 years apart. I won’t tell you how old she is, but I am 81. 🙂 I hope she soon gets gray, so people ask who is the oldest.

This time we went to Connections, a cafe in Ephrata Community Church, Ephrata, PA. The mango drink is mine. I expect hers is some kind of cold coffee.

We each ordered a Gouda Ham Quiche. It was delicious and included gouda, ham, and onion with a potato crust.

We took advantage of the quiet ambience and surroundings and visited for more than an hour.

There are a variety of seating options.

If you have young children, there is a play area nearby with its own seating choices.
