Raking the corn stubbles after harvesting the corn.
The next job was baling the corn fodder. This will be used for bedding for the cattle.
Along with the field work, there was a steady stream of rigs that carried contents from the manure pit – to a field in the neighborhood.
Our area is not normally this busy.
It looks as if you’ll soon have a planting day!
They may have already done that. There was equipment in the field the other night. I didn’t check if they were putting manure on it or planting the winter grass.
