Miniature Golf

Yes, the owners of this place (Sam and Betty High) are related to us. Sam is Cerwin’s uncle – the youngest brother of Cerwin’s dad.

I took advantage of Tucker being in our area to take her, Jesse and Anthony on a miniature golf outing. This was what Jesse wanted to do for his 2021 birthday and it is more fun to play with a few others. He is now 14.

It was fun watching these three. Anthony said he never played miniature golf and Tucker thought she may have played a game or two at the beach.

I did not play (just kept score) because it opened at 10 am and we were meeting Tucker’s mom and Jesse’s parents at Fox Meadow’s Creamery for lunch. I figured one less player would keep the time a bit shorter.

I asked Jesse to go first so the other two had a better idea of how to play each hole.

Oh, what fun to spend time with our youngest grandson and two oldest great-grandchildren.

They took turns having the lowest score at each hole, but in the end Jesse was the winner with a 61. Tucker and Jesse were a bit higher with only two points difference between them. The timing was perfect for meeting the others at Fox Meadows Creamery at 11:30.

Tucker, Anthony and I got lunch a bit earlier – while Jere and Kristen waited on Emily to arrive (from Philadelphia), so we were almost finished eating when Jana delivered their meals. Tucker and Anthony got ice cream for dessert after I took these pictures.

Oh what a delightful and delicious morning. Tucker was going back to Philadelphia after lunch.
