Early morning on Father’s Day. I love hazy, pastel mornings.

Looking toward the farm.

Earlier in the week Jere and Kristen asked if we were doing anything for Father’s Day lunch. We didn’t have plans and were delighted to enjoy a meal with their family. We went right after church, so I had time to walk around their yard and look for beauty and interesting things.

These daylilies were in full bloom and beautiful.

I always enjoy seeing their chickens.

I liked this brick walkway. I thought, “This will go with a Bible verse some morning.”

Butterfly Bush – I think

Pretty snapdragons

I came upon this keepsake from Ian’s recent high school graduation.

Jere and Josh discussing a tool for Josh’s job in plumbing.

I will show you Part 2 in my next post.
