Father’s Day – Part 2

Sunday, June 21

Four Generations: Bennett, Cerwin, Jeff and Diana

Great granddaughter Jasmine. I told her that I could see by her eyes that she was smiling – but her binkie covered up the smile.

Mom removed the binkie. Now I can see her smile.

She wasn’t particularly happy about not having it in her mouth.

Jere and Kristen wanted a Father’s Day picture of their children with Grandpa – Jared, Jesse, Ian, Cerwin, Josh and Jana

Can you tell that Anthony’s dad has trucking in his blood?

Diane showed Anthony how to get honey from honeysuckle.

After the others left, Josiah and Lydia stayed to play Qwirkle with us and their mom.

Cerwin received hugs, expressions of love, cards and a variety of gifts.

His gifts included filet mignon steak and potatoes from Roy and Deb which we made on Monday evening. I added the asparagus from our freezer. It was a delicious meal.

There was fresh blueberry pie from Jere and Kristen.

Thank you, everyone for coming and letting Daddy know how much you value his input into your lives.
