Yarrow and Yummy French Toast

Our Yarrow was too pretty to keep all the beauty outside.

I love challenges with food. 🙂 Deb tried making pecan rolls for the first time and was disappointed that they were kind of dry.

Buttering and grilling made them quite delicious.

Then I got another idea to do with the four pecan rolls in the freezer. Why not use them to make baked French toast. I didn’t even follow a recipe, but mixed six eggs, milk, pancake syrup and butter. I refrigerated the mixture over night and baked it the next morning.

Oh, what a delightful breakfast dish!
