Oh, what a delight to fry walleye for supper – delivered (frozen) from Minnesota by Cerwin’s sister, Doris, and Bob Stauffer when they visited a few weeks ago.
I expect Bob caught this treasure in a Bemidji lake.

I had some walleye at my son in law’s annual fish fry. It was delicious too. He probably caught it somewhere in IN or Mich.
I like it anytime, but it is especially good when it is fresh.
