Road Trip ~ Meeting Friends In Zionsville, Indiana

Saturday Evening, July 5

1 (1)We got to Zionsville about an hour before our supper appointment ~ which we planned ~ so we’d have time to enjoy the historic area of the town.

1 (2)We had been here the evening before, but discovered almost everything was closed for the holiday.

I loved the brick streets.

1 (3)Consequently when we were looking for a meeting place ~ for us and our friends Clayton and Peggy (fwren on Xanga) ~ this town sounded appealing, plus three motel attendants said that Cobblestone Grill was the place to get the best steak in the area.

1 (7)It was a beautiful evening, and most shops and houses had pretty flowers on their property.

1 (11)It was about this time that I “felt” like someone was behind us.

Clayton and Peggy had spotted us and tried to sneak up on us. 🙂

Oh, what fun to see them again.

1 (10)Peggy and I liked this little library.
