We had fun with Anthony and his two oldest sisters while their mom (Abby) and baby sister (Renee) spent the day with her sister Lydia.

Anthony loves playing this Bubble’s game on Great Grandpa’s laptop.

Natalie and Jasmine prefer the block game on Great Grandma’s laptop.

Jasmine helping Natalie find two or more blocks of the same color so they will collapse and finally empty the board.

Natalie was hungry and began eating Jello while I made hot dogs and mac and cheese for lunch.

Our next project was to go for a walk.

When we got back, they decided to climb the red maple tree. A fun climbing tree.

After doing some research on the three kinds of nuts in our yard, we walked behind the house where the children discovered that Cerwin’s nut picker upper would also pick up leaves.

When Anthony found this large branch, he asked if he could put it on the burn pile. I said, “Yes, Grandpa will appreciate that.”

These are the nuts we found in our yard. Two kinds of hickory/shellbark and an acorn.

In the late afternoon, the children relaxed by watching Paw Patrol.

What a fun day!
