It only happens a few times a year that more than three or four Amish carriages go by our house on a Sunday morning. That usually means there is church at the home of the Amish family who live closest to our house.
We counted more that a dozen horse and carriages. It is much more difficult to get pictures this time of year because of standing corn – and the trees in our yard are still full of leaves.
These two were following each other.
I do love listening to the clip clop of the horses.
Do you know where church was held?
No, I don’t. I was not feeling well that day – was getting a cold, so we didn’t drive around the block.
Yes, the trees make a good photo difficult –and I, too, love the clip-clop of the horses!
