We left the house shortly before 11 am to do a few things in the Ephrata area.

I love these days that create something interesting for us to do in the middle of the week. Especially during winter weeks that are not busy.

This time we chose Ephrata as our destination because we still had $17.00 left on an Applebee’s gift card that was given to Cerwin. We chose to stay close to that amount and had a delicious light lunch. Cerwin had a cheeseburger and I had French onion soup.

Our second stop was at Martin’s Grocery Store. A favorite of mine when we are in Ephrata. They have great bakery, vegetable, deli and meat departments.

Then we went next door to Ephrata Agway for suet. They have some of the cheapest suet in the area. 🙂 Our birds are appreciating the good supply of suet.
