Plaza Azteca with Diane and Josiah

Diane came here from Maine during the night on Thursday. She came with friends who dropped her off at Josiah’s place in the early morning. Since this might be the only time for her to be with him (their son), she spent Friday at his house until he got home from work in the afternoon. They enjoyed Saturday together and met us at 4:00 PM at Plaza Azteca in Myerstown to celebrate his recent birthday and as a way for her to get to our house.

It’s always fun to watch a waiter prepare an order of guacamole at our table.

My order of a sizzling fajita – a mixture of chicken and beef with the vegetables. Josiah had a similar fajita.

Diane’s meal. Cerwin enjoyed enchiladas.

This was Diane’s dessert. I think it was called Sopapillas.

Cerwin and I shared a fried ice cream. Josiah enjoyed his own fried ice cream.

I love these excursions with our children and grandchildren.
