Our sons wanted to get together, and since restaurants are closed, decided to have 6 am coffee with Dad. I made them some quick and easy (Schwans) Pecan Caramel Rolls to go with their coffee.
What fun to listen to these three encouraging each other and reminiscing. 🙂
Toward evening dark clouds came in from the southwest.
The rain moved through fairly quickly.
Wow — those are nasty black clouds! Today it’s 99 degrees outside my home! How great that your sons could get together with Dad for a morning conversation!
Yes. I thought the storm may be worse than it was. But some people did have wind. Loved having Jeff and Jere here. They are busy with their own families, so this doesn’t happen very often.
