TFC Happenings in Our World

Tuesday, March 27

We said goodbye to Danielle who is moving on to other things.

Someone at the International Office always does a nice job of decorating for such occasions.

Can you tell that she is familiar with Spanish.

Gathering for prayer and a few commendations on Danielle’s service with TFC. The man next to Cerwin is a driver who stopped in for prayer and advice on some future decisions. He just happened to be there for lunch.

TFC President Dan Witwer, praying for Danielle and her husband Dan.

Danielle and Dan. I am missing her sweet emails. She was very careful and precise about details.

I needed a new picture of the two International Mobile Chapels – the ones that go to churches and truck shows. The one on the right spends much of the summer and fall in Ohio, while the other is used in Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

March 31

We were encouraged by a great dinner concert at Yoder’s Restaurant in New Holland, Pennsylvania, with 671 people in attendance.

This event is planned by the Lancaster Chapter.

Yoder’s serves a fabulous meal quickly and efficiently.

Redeemed Quartet blessed us with a fabulous concert.

They consist of two sets of brothers from Sunman, Indiana – Nate and Ben Duncan and Caleb and Josh Koble

Dan Witwer gave a ministry update.

Cerwin shared a chapel story and prayer before the benefit offering.

Redeemed Quartet closed the evening with several more songs. These guys are in their early twenties and have been singing together since July 2014. I expect to hear more about them in gospel music in the future. God has blessed them with incredible talent.

Tuesday, May 10

Our next event was a luncheon for Lynn who was retiring after many years with TFC – in the financial department. I am going to miss her encouragement and help.

I forgot my camera – because I was trying to limit my photo-taking until our Africa pictures were posted. Thus the camera never came to mind. Thankfully Cerwin and I had cell phones along. That’s Lynn in the foreground.

We were pleased that Michelle (red) was able to attend. She worked for TFC before leaving to help her pastor husband at their church.

Jeff read a note of blessing to Lynn – from Dan.

The whole gang (photo taken by Michelle): Cerwin, me, Ruth, Sam, Jeff, Carol, Inge, Lynn, Mike, and Bunny. Dan was not able to be there.

These people are a great blessing to our lives.
