We had a gift certificate (Christmas gift) from Jeff and Chris and thought it would be fun to use it and invite them to join us.
They seemed pleased to do that and met us at 5:30 PM.
I love seeing what is growing in the restaurant greenhouse and garden each time we arrive. Of course this time of year is not yet conducive for gardening.
However, there are some interesting things hanging from and growing from trees.
I saw a picture of this in a magazine a few days after posting this, and it was identified as Chinese Witch Hazel.

But even better was the fellowship with Jeff and Chris.

It was because we had very poor reception and couldn’t download a blog, and only now and then would Facebook pictures come through.
