We have been trying to get together with Nelson and Nancy for several weeks. He messaged us the night before expecting that it may be too short a notice. It wasn’t. 🙂
We had a delicious brunch and sweet fellowship. I think Cerwin and Nelson are 2nd cousins.
Our waitress offered to take a picture that included me. That was kind of her.
This why it is called the Railroad Diner. Trains go by fairly often.
Another went by as we were getting in our car at 11:42 AM. That means we visited for an hour and 45 minutes. 🙂 It must have been time for us to get together. (The first train went by at 11:05 AM.)
As someone who lives less than 2 miles from the Richland train tracks I will tell you there is almost always 2 trains per hour, day and night!! 🙂
Richland Diner makes the best breakfasts too! Great choice!
Someone said 5 went by while they were eating, so they must have been there at least two hours. 🙂
More relatives coming out of the woodwork — and more places to join them for brunch! How wonderful!
Nelson used to help us with TFC’s Truck Rally parade and we miss seeing them since we no longer have the truck rally.
