Cerwin and I were pleased to be home so we could watch (via RFD TV) Travis and Stephanie receive their American FFA Degree in Indianapolis.

They are the bride and groom who got married this summer in the meadow at the Hershey Family Homestead.

I took these pictures on the TV. 🙂

Stephanie Balmer Dull

We spent most of Saturday morning watching the 4,353 young men and women receive their American Future Farmers Degree at the 92nd National FFA Convention and Expo. After seeing so many young people receive this award, we decided that farming will continue into the next generation. 🙂

Thankfully the names were called in alphabetical order – first by state, then by recipients in that state – so we knew when to be alert for Stephanie and Travis.

Travis Dull. He is the grandson of my sister, Nancy, and her husband, Marlin – and the son of our niece Karen and her husband, Larry.
