Saturday, November 22 (one day before his birthday)

He didn’t seem to understand why all the attention was on him.

He was fascinated by all the balloons that his Aunt Lydia brought.

We enjoyed a delicious supper of roasted vegetables and sausage.

Because she was at the end of the table, Lydia took this picture of the birthday guests (thus no picture of her): Clockwise from the top. Garth’s dad Nathaniel, Garth, mom Abby, brother Anthony, sister Natalie, great grandpa Cerwin, sister Jasmine, great grandma (me), sister Renee, grandma Luanne, and grandpa Dale.

Garth did understand that this his birthday cupcakes looked yummy.

He ate it fairly nicely – without a very messy face.

Opening gifts

Renee understands gifts and wanted to see each one.

Jazzy had fun walking around with a big bag on her head. By the way that is Lydia behind the bag. 🙂
