Our granddaughter Jenna brought their children this morning for a play date at our house. In this photo Harper was asking Grandpa to put this little sprayer bottle together.

Because we were inside, we did not give her any water. So she had fun pretending that she was spraying everyone. For some reason I did not get a picture of Jenna today, but that is her foot on the bottom left. 🙂

Aiming the spray bottle toward me. She giggled every time we pretended to get wet.

Drake, Jade, and Harper playing with toys. We like to keep the toys in the back part of the garage because there is a lot more room for storage and playing.

Grandpa and Harper playing with a ball in the garage area. It was too hot to be outside, so we stayed in the air conditioned house and garage.

Jaded wanted a picture of her finished Tinkertoy design. She did a great job of following the pattern page.

Drake noticed that I was going to take a picture, so held his hand in front of his face.

Got a shot without a hand in front of his face. When I told him that he is getting tall, he said, “I know. I am four.”

Jade with another design.

Playing on the carpeted area.

Me holding Estella who was one month old yesterday.

One more design by Jade. As you can see in the background, we were getting ready for lunch. I had a box of personal pizza’s on hand, which seemed to be a big hit. When I noticed that Jade and Drake did not eat their crusts, I said, “It doesn’t look like you like the crust.” Drake said, “I like crust but I like them with melted butter.” So melted butter they got. 🙂
They have such good fun at your house! And you look vey happy with Esttella in your lap!
Thank you.
That looks like a wonderful play-date. It’s so special that you and Cerwin can enjoy your great-grandchildren! And visit with your grandchildren on an adult level at the same time.
Amen to that!
