Busy Grandchildren
Tonight we kept Jere and Kristen’s children for a few hours while their parents went to Ephrata.
Josh did homework.
Jana has been learning to stitch on plastic canvas.
She has been stitching six small squares, and finished them tonight. I stitched them together to make a tiny storage box – for money or very small things. (I forgot to take a picture of the finished product before she took it home.
)
Ian raced cars on GameCube.
Jared is always busy! Here he is asking grandpa to help with his take-apart hammer.
I loved Jared’s greeting when they arrived. He shouted down the steps, to where I was in the office. “We’re home, Grandma.”
I guess there was one that wasn’t so busy!
Five-month-old Jesse took a short nap, got a bath, drank a bottle of milk, then watched a Christmas program with me.
