• All beatitudes are for all Christians.
• No beatitude is a natural tendency.
• Do not confuse poor in spirit with timidity.
• A timid person can be very proud.
• Poor in spirit:  emptied of an arrogant value of self.
• Developing beatitude attitudes will take a lifetime.
