Truck Show at Jason Shelly’s Shop

Saturday, September 15

1a (1)

Before going to the truck show we enjoyed lunch at Sam & Alice Rittenhouse’s house. Sam is the keeper of the orchard that you enjoyed the past few evenings. On either side of Alice and Sam are two of their grandchildren from Oklahoma – Kaylee and Mark.

You’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things

true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—

the best, not the worst;

the beautiful, not the ugly;

things to praise, not things to curse.

Rittenhouse Orchard & Garden

Part One

~~~
On Saturday morning while Cerwin and Sam moved the chapel from Franconia Heritage Banquet & Conference Center (location of the previous evening’s dinner concert) to Jason Shelly’s shop for an afternoon truck show, I enjoyed a photo opportunity in Sam’s orchard and garden.
Staying in Lansdale Overnight
Friday, September 14
After the banquet we went to Sam & Alice Rittenhouse’s place, then walked to their niece’s house where we slept overnight.
It was dark, so I took pictures in the morning.
