Go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life, marking them by baptism in the threefold name: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Then instruct them in the practice of all I have commanded you. I’ll be with you as you do this, day after day after day, right up to the end of the age. [Jesus]

Matthew 28:19-20 (The Message)

Do you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that He brought from Heaven a saving Gospel?

Do you willingly renounce Satan with all his pernicious ways, and all the sinful pleasures of this world?

Do you covenant with God in Christ Jesus to be faithful unto death?

The Lord isn’t slow to do what he promised, as some people think. Rather, he is patient for your sake. He doesn’t want to destroy anyone but wants all people to have an opportunity to turn to him and change the way they think and act.

2 Peter 3:9 (GOD’S WORD Translation)

~~~
An amazing example of patience.
Field, Yard & Baseball
1
Last Friday afternoon I noticed that Eli was cutting his rye (I think it was rye).
2 (1)
Someone baled it for him on Monday, May 2.
2 (2)
Since we were busy painting the garage on Saturday, Cerwin asked Josh to mow the yard for us.
2 (3)
He looks serious in this picture. No he is not mowing the driveway – just moving to the yard on the other side.
3 (1)
Our grandson Nathan
After the garage floor was finished (about 2:00 p.m.) we went to our church’s all-day baseball tournament. We have four teams – grey, red, orange, and retro red (those who retired from playing in the league). Retro red gets a team together just for this day because it is a fund-raiser for two families from our church who need financial assistance.
