Getting Ready

This morning I spent a few hours getting the house and garage ready for fifty-three guests who are coming for lunch tomorrow ~ my family’s Easter celebration.

Granddaughters Diana and Gloria helped to set the tables.  They were here while their parents went to an auction.

I have five tables that will each seat ten or eleven people.

One in the kitchen and four in the garage.

Jenna came about lunchtime.  Our son, Jere, took her and Jana out for breakfast (a birthday gift), so she stayed at their house until Jana had to go to a friend’s birthday party.

What’s Blooming?

This afternoon I walked around our yard to see what is budding and blooming.  I will miss a lot of these flowers, because on Tuesday we are heading west to deliver a chapel to Chilliwack, British Columbia.
