We got into fog shortly after 9:00 this morning, then discovered we were at the highest point of I-80 east of the Mississippi (2,250 feet).  Maybe we were just driving through clouds.

Excuse any blurry spots.  I took all these pictures as we were driving – with the exception of the last three.

I love the view from my desk today.  Notice the case for my Verizon Broadband card, note pad, cell phone, pen, and coffee

Peter Nyznk – the highlight of our day!

Shortly after we stopped for the evening – because Cerwin was out of driving time – there was a knock on Cerwin’s door.  Peter said, “I hope you are Cerwin High – and Doris I know you too.”

He gets the TFC prayer calendar and prayed for us this morning when he saw this was the day we were leaving to take the chapel to British Columbia.

If I remember correctly, he was talking to his wife on the cell phone when he first saw us, and said to her, “You won’t believe what I just saw.  I think it is the TFC chapel that is going to British Columbia.”

When we pulled into the rest stop, he followed – just to talk to us.  He had to keep going, but stuck some money in Cerwin’s shirt pocket, and said this is for your supper.

He said we made his day – but he made ours.  We had several people blow their horns, or wave, and a few asked questions – but this visit was the best!

Thanks, Peter.  We pray that God will bless you richly.

This is view from our bedroom window (the cab).  It began raining shortly before dark.

I like this view better – when I changed the focus to the rain running down the window.

We are going to bed early so we can get another early start.
