Trucks & Vendors

76.JPG

There are vendors everywhere – hundreds – probably thousands of them – everything, anything to do with trucks.

The truck seating salesmen across the aisle from us are highlighting a genuine Holstein cowhide, covered seat – along with their usual ones.  They are a neat group of Christian men.

A fancy paint job.

Our friend Bill Burns (right) made sure we got good seats (free) for the country music concert tonight (Friday) – even after I asked him if he is selling Peterbilts this year!

He also put us in touch with some KW contacts who could be valuable toTFC in the future.

This company had an interesting wayof dislaying two trailers – a dump trailer on top of a flatbed.

Chrome is so plentiful it is like walking around in a room of mirrors.

Now that is a super duty pickup!

Despite all the metal, chrome, and paint, this sand sculputure in progress is one of my favorite displays!

I’ll see if I can update you with a photo of the finished product later today or tomorrow.

Outside

I didn’t get many pictures, as we were busy at our vendor booth, and it was rainy much of the time.

This is where owner operators get to display their show and fancy work trucks.

Hopefully I will be able to show you more pictures of people, beautiful rigs and happenings from today’s show.  (If we stay until the end of the concert, I will probably not post tonight.)

~~~
Pray that we will make valuable contacts and be able to pray with and encourage drivers.
