It’s the Truth, Ruth
It’s Christmas!
On Wednesday afternoon Cerwin and I went to see a cute Christmas program and play at the local Christian school our third-grade granddaughter, Jana attends.
Our only disappointment was that we would not hear her piano solo – she was doing that on Thursday evening – when we want to attend Jenna’s concert at another school. (Jana’s parents promised to tape it and show it to us at Christmas.)
Update: Because of the ice, both concerts were canceled last night. Now we should be able to attend both concerts next week, and get to see her piano solo.
Kindergarten
I liked this photo because of the silhouette of the pianist and director.

Third Grade – Jana’s Class
Jana is the fourth angel from the left.
The angels crowning “Jesus” as king in the song, “Mary, Did You Know.”
Jana is in the back. She is smiling because we had just made eye contact.
Leaving the stage
The program closed with a cute, and thought-provoking play by fourth and fifth graders:
It’s the Truth, Ruth…It’s Christmas.
