Birthday Dinner for Cerwin
Monday, April 22
Salad of spring mix
roasted beets, goat cheese, citrus, orange tarragon vinaigrette
Several people shared these. The above is half a salad.
Deb got these egg rolls and shared pieces with anyone who wanted to taste them.
Soup of local asparagus
baby spinach, tarragon cream
This was Roy’s appetizer.
Steaks were flambéed tableside.
I think the guys and Deb chose steak meals.
Another steak entree.
Chris and I chose this chicken entree. It included grilled lettuce and delicious smokey potatoes.
Kristen’s scallops.
We made sure to save room for dessert.
Cerwin’s free birthday treat.
Several of us ordered desserts that were flambéed tableside.
While we visited and relaxed – while waiting for the bill – we each received this tiny piece of dessert – Chef’s choice.

I am sure we will return to Accomac Inn again some day. It was a delightful dining experience.
