There was major repair work done at our church the other week when the roof was replaced.
This is why roof repair is a major job at our church.

Last week we had a ductless heating and cooling system installed in our house.
One good thing about this is that we had to clean and organize our attic. They had to be in the attic to connect the system.
These guys are professional and know what they are doing.

When working in my office last Friday, I heard a delivery person put something inside our garage door, so wasn’t surprised when I came up the steps from my basement office and saw a box.
However, I was surprised at what I found.
The contents were a thank you gift from the Franconia Community Festival Committee – for when we had the chapel at their event at the end of April.
Everything was delicious. Cerwin declared the whoopie pies the best he has ever eaten.
I am so glad that our friend Sam Rittenhouse – who helped us that day – cannot have sugar, so we didn’t feel guilty for not sharing anything with him.

After a rather stormy day, we noticed beautiful cloud formations when traveling through local countryside – on our way to visit Cerwin’s mother.
No one can understand how he spreads the clouds out
or how the thunder rumbles from his home in the sky.
