We Had Our Own Truck Show Tonight!

I just had to post this. I will go back to the Kentucky Truck Show tomorrow night.

Our son Jeff called just after supper, asking if we were at home. He said he had something he wanted to show us.

I was surprised when I looked out the window and saw the Clampetts coming in our driveway!

 

 

I love it!

 

 

Jeff and Chris knew about this 1946 Chevy for many years, and Chris said she hoped they could buy it someday. When they asked the owner, he was not ready to part with it. Yesterday he was ready to sell.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The 283 V8 Engine runs smoothly and sounds nice.

 

 

Cerwin looks like a happy trucker.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I think of all the things they ever purchased, this is my favorite.
