There’s a Pretty Visitor at Our Door!

I was surprised to look out the window to see this friendly cat on our front porch.  I think it was checking out the birds at the nearby feeders.  You can tell by the leaves surrounding it that fall has arrived in our neck of the woods. 

Cerwin mowed the yard after supper yesterday, and by evening today the grass is almost totally covered with leaves.

I never watch the seasons change without thinking about the verse in Genesis 8:22.

seedtime and harvest

cold and heat,

summer and winter

day and night

 will never cease.
