Road Trip – Day 5 – Indiana to Ohio

I had a great time enjoying the scenery on a few back roads before we got to the interstate in western Ohio.

I just can’t resist taking pictures of old buildings – even if they are “drive-by shootings.”

On the interstate, I also enjoy the scenery, but it is rare to find old buildings there, so this time I took some shots of trucks – mostly to remind you to pray for the men and women who move our economy from east to west and north to south.

As we approached our destination for the day, we came upon an awful accident – and were the last vehicle to get through before they began uprighting the two trucks.

We prayed for the drivers and their families, wondering if both drivers were still alive, as the cab of the one rig was completely burnt.

My heart aches when I seen any accident, but truckers have a special place in my heart.

I could not find any information on the internet to let me know if the drivers are okay.
