Wind, Rain, & Crows

It’s impossible to capture wind. However, this dried, decorative grass demonstrates a bit of what was happening outside our house yesterday.

 

 

Lots of small branches scattered across our country acre are also proof that it was a windy day.

 

 

Wet leaves, in areas where they have gathered during winter winds, were the result of the early morning rain.

 

 

Just before the heavy rain, a large flock of crows stopped by our yard for a very noisy meeting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

By late morning, heavy rain pelted our windows.

 

 

I kind of like the sound of wind and rain.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At one point it got so dark that our dusk to dawn light came on.

I found out later that I missed a beautiful rainbow.
