Each person who arrived at the home of the groom soon realized that the owners are horse lovers.

I expect this was designed by Jeff – Rob’s dad – as he is skilled in steel sculpture.

An article from the Internet:

Jeff studied at the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School, graduating in 1974.  His medical team works out of the  family farm. Over the years, he became increasingly more specialized in the intense fertility and reproductive side of the practice. He is an acknowledged specialist in the field.

When not consumed with his medical practice, Jeff honors the horse through the art of steel sculpture.

Shortly after we arrived, this horse was walked to its corral.

This got the attention of horses in neighboring corrals.

These hearts, designed by Rob and Jess, will be intertwined at the wedding – then permanently secured and placed in their home.

I love how the sun caught Diane’s (the harpist) hair as she talked to our sister-in-law Anne (mother of the bride).
