Responding to a toast by the best man
The meal was unique and delicious – rolls, salad, and an entrée of your choice.
As each person chose chicken, salmon (or both), pasta, vegetables, and a dressing. A chef placed it in a pan and prepared it while you waited – in a very short period of time.
Dessert came from these cookie and cupcake tables.
The tradition of having a cookie table at weddings seems to have come from the Pittsburgh/Ohio area of the country. Cookies are usually baked by aunts. However, I understand that Jess asked some of her cousins to make these.
There were small bags available so each wedding guest could take a few cookies home.
